My first and most important job is always at home. I have been married for 13 years and have 3 amazing kids. I love my family like crazy and feel truly blessed to have the title of “daddy.”

As a follower of Jesus, I believe that have been given the responsibility and the gifting to powerfully serve others (regardless of their beliefs). My work in pastoring and coaching are an expression of that burden.

With over 20 years of experience leading and developing teams across nonprofit, ministry, and marketplace contexts, I help leaders rethink what success really means—and how to pursue it without burning out or losing themselves.

My coaching is direct, thoughtful, and deeply practical—grounded in inquiry, clarity, and real-world leadership pressure. I will ask you questions and give you feedback more directly & profoundly than anyone in your life to create truly transformational results externally and internally.
